You are looking at my own personal garage queen 1986 Ferrari 328 GTS Euro Version. This 328 has been my absolute pride since I purchased it from the original owner in 2005 with only 7812 miles. This car has an original manufacturer date of 05/86 and was imported to the USA on 6/11/86 by Fast Forward, Inc. for the original owner who traded in his Rolls Royce for it on 6/18/86. Fast Forward, Inc. earned a very reputable reputation for importing exotic Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Aston Martin, and Rolls Royce vehicles all throughout the 70’s and 80’s. Even though they no longer import these cars, they are still around today in the retail business of selling these same exotic cars. Being a Euro 328, this car is lighter, faster, and sportier than the US version cars ever were because it does not have any invasive emission equipment to clog up the engine and prohibit its true performance. This 328 also still has its original European aerodynamic mirrors, lower front spoiler, and lower rear valance not usually found on the US version cars. It has always been a Massachusetts summer-driven car and I do have copies of all the original paperwork including the DOT/EPA documents from when it was imported, the original title, the original bill of sale, the original 328 brochure, the original books, tools, jack, service lamp, spare tire, targa-top cover, 2 sets of keys and all of the service records.
When I purchased this 328 from the original owner, it had been sitting in his heated garage untouched under a car cover for a several years. He was unable to physically drive the car but was still very reluctant to sell it to me. Since I’ve owned it, I have spent over $15,000 in service and upgrades to make this particular 328 the nicest and most perfect 328 I have personally ever owned. I had no intention of ever selling this car, but due to an unforeseeable circumstance, I think it’s time to let it go. This Ferrari truly needs absolutely NOTHING AT ALL. EVERYTHING WORKS EXACTLY AS IT’S SUPPOSED TO. I have done everything possible and then some to make it a perfect car even to my crazy connoisseur standards. A lot of what I did really wasn’t necessary, I just insist on my personal cars being meticulous in every way. There are absolutely no leaks of any kind anywhere under this car – I’ve had all of the seals replaced that are prone to seepage. Other than one pen-tip size chip that has been touched-up on the rear bumper facer and the same on the left rear wheel well, there are absolutely NO FLAWS of any kind on the paint or body of this Ferrari. The front bumper, front bonnet grille and front fender edges are all protected by “road block” (a clear protective film) to prevent the usual stone chips found on every other Ferrari. I’ve owned 1 Ferrari 308 and 3 Ferrari 328’s over the years (3 Euro and 1 US car) and I can promise you that there are NO DISSAPOINTMENTS in this car. All of the paperwork is placed neatly in a binder ready for you.
